the hangover (kit)

 This weekend the future mister went to Charleston for his Bachelor Party. A grand time was had by all and luckily there were no babies, tigers, missing teeth or lost and sunburned grooms. I did have a bit of fun on Thursday night (and a much needed break from invitations) while I created these for the guys:



Hangover Kits! They each contained two bottles of water, two mini bottles of Gatorade, a travel bottle of Advil, Pepto-Bismol, hand sanitizing wipes, gum, and some Airborne for extra antioxidants and electrolytes. Oh, and the future mister got a small box of BC Powder, his preferred headache medicine.



And here's a closeup of the tags I made for each guy (Warning: there is some foul language on some of them. Not meant to offend, just quotes from the movie).

  4. oh.my.god!! What an amaaaazing idea!! That is genius! I just MIGHT have to steal this idea from you! However, my fiance's bachelor party is a week before the wedding in MONTREAL..if they take public transportation, they're not going to want to carry the bags with them, so I'll have to see how they are getting there first. did you print the tags onto cardstock?

  5. Thanks for the wonderful comments! If y'all are interested, I'd be more than happy to provide the photoshop templates, or just email me (hmgeiger at gmail dot com) the names and I can plug them in for you! I printed the tags on matte photo paper that I had lying around from a previous project. Cardstock would work too, but the images might not print as crisply.

    Laura - if you're worried about space, you could always leave out the water and gatorade, and pack some travel sized advil, mints, hand sanitizer, etc. in a little glassine bag that could fit in a pocket.

    I also saw these hangover throat lozenges on Daily Candy this morning. Only about a week too late!
